Ingredients:
• DAS “Muslim” sausage — 300 g
• Boiled potatoes — 3-4 pcs.
• Boiled eggs — 4 pcs.
• Fresh cucumbers — 3-4 pcs.
• Radishes — 6-8 pcs.
• Fresh herbs (dill, parsley, green onions) — 1 bunch
• Kefir (or tan/ayran) — 1 L
• Water (or sparkling mineral water) — 500 ml
• Salt — to taste
• Sour cream — for serving
• Lemon juice or mustard (optional) — 1-2 tsp.
Okroshka with DAS “Muslim” Sausage
• Refrigerate the okroshka for 20-30 minutes before serving.
• Serve cold with a spoonful of sour cream in each portion.
•. Dice the sausage into small cubes.
• Peel and dice the boiled potatoes and eggs.
• Cut the fresh cucumbers and radishes into small cubes.
• Finely chop the herbs and green onions.
• In a large bowl, combine the chopped sausage, potatoes, eggs, cucumbers, radishes, and herbs. Mix well.
4. Assemble the okroshka:
• Pour the kefir mixture over the prepared ingredients. Stir well.
• Adjust the consistency by adding more liquid if needed.
